Smart Goal:
By June of 2020, 70% of students will be proficient in math as measured by competency based rubrics, digital portfolios, and state and local assessments.
Hypothesis:
If students are given the opportunity to use multiple methods to demonstrate and prove their mathematical thinking, as well as engage in collaboration and discourse around what they know and why they know what they know about mathematics, then student achievement will increase.
